His success led to a promotion into management in 2020, where he discovered a new passion for mentoring others, developing talent, and helping sales representatives reach their full potential.

As Sales Director at Coastal Energy Water and Air, Tristan leads and develops sales teams while maintaining a strong record of personal achievement. He has generated more than $800,000 in annual personal sales, earned multiple P.A.C. recognitions, and received Diamond Sales Manager honors five times. His leadership is centered on building confident, knowledgeable teams that put customers’ needs first.
