With a hands-on leadership style and a passion for people, Danielle works across nearly every area of the company to ensure customers receive exceptional service and employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Danielle oversees a wide range of operations, including service and installation, customer care, recruiting and training, technology, and business development. She also manages relationships with major retail partners, including The Home Depot and Lowe’s, helping connect more homeowners with solutions for cleaner, healthier water and improved indoor air quality.

A driving force behind Coastal’s modernization, Danielle has helped introduce new technologies, automation, and AI-powered communication tools that improve efficiency and create a better customer experience. Her ability to balance innovation with the personal attention that has defined Coastal for generations has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s operations.

Working alongside her father, Joel, and sister, Stephanie, Danielle is proud to help carry forward the family legacy that began in 1966.
