Stephanie Hammer

Chief Financial Officer | Coastal Energy Water and Air

A lifelong South Florida resident, Stephanie Hammer grew up in Lighthouse Point and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Accounting. While her career began in accounting, she quickly discovered that her true passion was helping businesses run more efficiently, managing people, and overseeing the operations that keep a company moving forward.

Stephanie’s connection to Coastal Energy Water and Air began long before she joined the leadership team. As a teenager, she worked for the company to save money for her first car. After building her career elsewhere, she returned in 2015, bringing her financial expertise, operational experience, and a fresh perspective to the family business.

As Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie oversees the company’s financial operations, including accounting, collections, and financial reporting. Her leadership has been instrumental in helping Coastal grow sixfold since 2015. By strengthening internal operations and financial management, she has helped build the foundation for Coastal’s continued success.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud wife and mother of two children and enjoys the South Florida community she has called home her entire life.
