Fernando Guillen

Install Manager | Coastal Energy Water and Air

Fernando Guillen’s journey with Coastal Energy Water and Air began in 2013, when he joined the company as a Service Setter. Through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to take on new challenges, he advanced into an assistant role before becoming Warehouse Manager. After briefly pursuing another opportunity in 2017, Fernando returned to Coastal in 2023, bringing his experience and passion for the business into his current leadership role.

As Install Manager, Fernando oversees the company’s installation and service operations, helping ensure homeowners receive the quality workmanship and dependable service they expect from Coastal. His firsthand experience in multiple areas of the business gives him a valuable perspective on the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and getting the job done right.

For Fernando, one of the most rewarding parts of his work is knowing that his team helps families enjoy better-quality water in their homes. Equally important is the opportunity to help employees develop their skills, build successful careers, and discover their own potential within the industry.

Fernando is especially grateful for the trust and opportunities the Brow family has given him over the years. He considers being part of Coastal a blessing for both himself and his family and takes pride in contributing to a company that values its people as much as its customers.

Looking ahead, Fernando is excited to continue growing alongside the Coastal team, strengthening the installation and service departments, and helping carry forward the company’s commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional customer care.
