Ricky Mar’s career with Coastal Energy Water and Air began in 2002, when he joined the company as an Inside Sales Appointment Setter. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he advanced through several roles, including Dispatcher and Assistant Marketing Manager, before stepping into his current leadership position as Marketing Manager.

With more than two decades of experience at Coastal, Ricky has developed a deep understanding of the business and the people who make it successful. Having worked closely with appointment setters, lead generators, sales representatives, and service and installation teams, he understands the importance of communication, collaboration, and creating a seamless experience for customers.

As Marketing Manager, Ricky has consistently ranked among the Top 10 Inside Sales Managers nationwide and the Top 5 in his region. Under his leadership, Coastal’s office has also earned recognition among the Top 10 offices nationally and Top 5 regionally. While proud of these accomplishments, Ricky credits the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the people around him for their shared success.
